my computer

Last week I let my computer repaired in the shop where I bought it. The result is so weird, they didn't find any problem with it. But soon as I brought it home, the blue screen appeared again. And now as I install XP-SP2 the problem happens again.

When the blue screen shows, message like this will be showed :
"A problem has been detected & Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Disable or uninstall any anti virus, disk defragmentation, or back up utilities and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F utility to check for hard drive corruption."

It is impossible to disable/uninstall anti virus, because I really need it. In fact, I have been trying several anti virus, like Norton and Antivir, and I always check for latest update. I didn`t install disk defragmentation or back up utilities .
CHKDSK /F didn`t result any hard disk damage (only some corruption but been repaired).

Another message that also frequently showed is like this:
"The instruction at "0x77f56b45" referenced memor could not be read. click OK to terminate the program." And the program will be terminated.

Now I don't know what to do. Reinstall Windows again? I'm not sure if it will help.
